For non-members and outside groups there is a usage fee. The rooms available for rental are;
Seats up to 150 for a sit down dinner or lunch. The hall will seat more when the tables are not used. However the user must secure additional chairs at their own expense. The hall has a full sized restaurant style kitchen which can be used for an additional fee. A full sized drop down screen is available for things such as PowerPoint presentations however users must supply their own equipment.
The McGavern room seats up to 40 and is ideal for meetings and classes. It has a large screen TV that can be used for many different kinds of presentations. It also has Wifi.
The Common room has a conference table that seats up 12 and informal "living" room style seating for up to 8. It has a coffee pot, dishes, sink, small refrigerator and microwave. It also has Wifi.
